/\u003e甚至有年年大张旗鼓过“无车日”，而其实践却与“无车日”背道而驰的，比如深圳。深圳是中国最早设立“无车日”的城市之一，而且“无车日”之外，自2002年迄今，深圳每年还有一个“绿色行动日”，其内容与“无车日”大同小异。然而就是这样一个年年将“绿色”挂在嘴上的城市，近日却传出将全面实施“禁电”的消息，深圳30万辆电动车面临“下岗”的命运。不论是从民生着想(对一些市民来讲，电动车不只是交通工具，还是运输工具)，还是从整个城市的交通效率评估(电动车较汽车占用道路资源少，较自行车省力、便捷)，以及从环保上考量(电动车在西方国家被认为是绿色交通工具)，深圳如此动向，都有违“以人为本”。车水马龙也许会让深圳更像一个“国际大都市”，然而城市交通的本质终归是“人的交通”而非“车的交通”，离开了“以人为本”这个内核，所谓“国际大都市”也就只会是一个漂亮的空盒子。\u003cbr
